    Persistence fitness 6 week challenge is a program that is designed to suit anyone at any level of fitness. Our 6 week challenge is a program designed to be personalised to each client that we take on, we will complete a wellness test at the start of the challenge and all our clients’ results will be recorded and monitored from the start to the end of your 6 week program. Our goal is for you to turn up to 4 x 45 min classes per week and follow our strict diet plan for the 6 weeks and your results will equal in over 20 pounds in weight loss at the end of the 6 weeks. If you succeed in doing this you will be refunded your full £200 giving you your 6 week program for absolutely nothing
